Making the decision to come to counselling is a positive step towards feeling better. You may be experiencing anxiety, feeling depressed or struggling with issues past or present that seem hard to resolve by yourself. At this time, counselling can be a way of helping you through and can provide great relief at a time when life feels overwhelming.
I offer both short term and open-ended individual therapy to adults, depending on need. At the initial appointment we can look at what has brought you to counselling and I can let you know more about how I work, what counselling involves and answer any questions you may have. You can then decide whether you want to continue or leave it as a one off session.
